What is this Realm?

This drama is a magical one that speaks to us on so many levels. When we are in the zone we can sometimes feel as if someone is speaking through us and we are the witness of what is being said. Who is that? Higher Self?

I’ve noticed it more when my mind is silent and I am more surrendered to the present moment. It’s as if as we surrender, a higher intelligence is allowed to come through and expresses itself through us in the most effective way. It’s in those very private moments we are reminded that we are not alone. So we are literally all potential channels for higher consciousness to manifest whenever our mental noise is silenced.
