Inner Stability

Its easy to get caught up in anger with the state of the external and the desire to react on some level. It has happened to the best of us. More than ever it is important for us to be as little influenced as possible by outer turmoil which is beyond our control. So we can do what we have to do without allowing ourselves to be unnecessarily infused with emotional pain. Our inner beauty is the engine of a happy outer experience. The mind feeds off any ideas that appear to diminish our sense of righteousness. The more we identify with a self that has fear of being lessened or wronged the more we disengage from our inner beauty and seek to put our energy into defending ourselves from any perceived threat. By shifting our attention inwards, we anchor our awareness in clarity and can respond from a space of inner calm.
